Chef Bart Desmidt of the two-star restaurant Bartholomeus in Heist has been promoting the 'Simple but good' vision for years. Together with Sandra and right-hand man Philip, he cooks for about 18 guests in an open central kitchen with respect for the product and the art of cooking: simplicity, pure flavors and experience.

Chef Michiel De Bruyn of restaurant Sense in Waasmunster is a fan of dishes from the good old days. With the return to the classic kitchen, the chef completes the circle. He started out as a cook in a classic restaurant, but then went on to cook avant-garde in the kitchens of 't Zilte, Pastorale and Sergio Herman.

Chef Peppe Giacomazza sticks to taste, to Italian regional products, to top quality or simply to the real 'Arte della cucina'. Everything is made in-house, from the pasta to the patisserie. And it pays off. His restaurant La Botte in Genk was twice named 'Best Italian restaurant in the country' by Gault&Millau.

We have lockers at our store in Brakel. Here you can easily and safely leave your knives behind. Enter your details on the card in the locker and we will contact you as soon as the knives have been sharpened. You only have to wait 2 days for your knives.

Delivery points

You can visit one of our nearest sharpening points for a sharpening service. Wrap your knives and scissors in a strong towel for protection. Chef & Knife then sharpens your knives in its own workshop in Brakel.

Knives can be sent to us for sharpening by shipping. We will return the sharpened knives to you by registered mail. Clearly state your name, address and e-mail address with the shipment and inform us that we can expect your package.
